Kakatoo and Deltus Sign MoU to Explore Strategic Collaboration

KUALA LUMPUR, March 16 — Kakatoo F&B Group, owned by LJP Kitchen Sdn Bhd, and Deltus Sdn Bhd today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore joint business initiatives.

The strategic collaboration agreement was signed by Joyce Chong, Chief Executive Officer of Kakatoo F&B Group, and Sharon Siak, Event Director and Partner of Deltus Sdn Bhd.

The signing ceremony, held at Kakatoo Restaurant, Quill City Mall, was witnessed by Datuk Yusuf Izahar, Chairman of Kakatoo F&B Group, and CP Saw, Co-Founder of Deltus Sdn Bhd.

Through this strategic collaboration, both entities will explore opportunities in event management, industry-related activities, and the provision of hospitality and food services.

As part of the collaboration, Kakatoo and Deltus will be involved in the Short Term Rental Accommodation Forum & Expo 2026, scheduled for 16–17 April 2026 at Hextar World Exhibition Hall, Empire City, Petaling Jaya.

According to Joyce, the partnership provides Kakatoo with opportunities to expand its network of collaborations across various events and industry initiatives.

Sharon expressed confidence that the collaboration will enhance event experiences through the combined expertise of both companies.

The ceremony was held in a relaxed setting and attended by industry partners.

The partnership marks the beginning of a series of initiatives aimed at benefiting the events ecosystem and hospitality industry in Malaysia.
